I interviewed marathon great Mebrathom "Meb" Keflezighi ahead of the annual Shelter Island 10K. When he crossed the finish line in 2014, Meb was the first American male to win the Boston Marathon in three decades. More recently, he set two U.S. Masters records in the 15K and the 10-mile.
